2. What is the size of a figurine?

The size of a figurine is variable but generally this one measures between 15 and 20 cm.

3. Which materials is used for the figurine?

The head is made in a high quality resin. The body exists in different forms. Indeed, it exists already made bodies which are modeled in resistant plastic but not customized.
Then custom-made bodies which are made in a high quality resin, more fragile but more pretty.

4. Can I find these figurines somewhere else?

As of now, we are the only one distributor and handcrafted maker of these figurines in France and Europe. Many shops in Asia directly order to 1Miniyou and have some samples.

5. How long does it takes to make a figurine?

It takes between 5 and 10 days to make a figurine. Generally,in 5 days the head is finished and depending on the choosen body, the delay is between 5 and 10 days.

6. What is the delivery lead time?

It is variable, between 3 and 10 days.rf Delivery

7. Can I order several figurines?

Yes, of course, we receive many big orders from companies or groups and sometimes from complete sport club. However, for such order please contact us first.

8. What kind of photos do I have to send?

It is compulsory and recommended to send a full-face photography and a profile photography.If you want a lifelike figurine, you can send a photography of the back of your head. Please note that it is very recommended to send photos with enough light to see the person.
Try to avoid fuzzy photos, miss photos or photos not enough focused. The quality of your figurine will depended on your photos.

9. Do you make your figurine by craftmen or industrially?

All our figurines are made by 1Miniyou's craftmen.

10. I have a colour of skin different from the photo, how to do?

This is not a problem, we will use the skin color that you sent us on your pictures.

11. Do you made figurines from star's photos?

All you have to do is to send the necessary photos. We will made the figurine as any other figurines. However, we reserve the right to refuse the making of the figurine if we estimate that its making might be prejudicial to us.

2. Order

1. How to order?

All you have to do is to simply follow our website.First of all,log you on the website. Choose the figurine or the body you want to order, send the necessary photos and validate your shopping cart.Then you have to pay the order and it will be treated as receipt of your payment.

2. How to send a photo?

All you have to do is to click on the bottom browse and to search for in your computer the photo you want to send.We don't accept photos by email, please use the shopping cart of the website and its sending photos system.

3. How to see the statement of my order?

Connect you with your account on the website in order to see the statement of your order.

4. Can I received my figurines to different adresses?

You have in your account a book adresses where you can save adresses you need. For each order, choose the adress where you want to receive the figurine.

3. Payment

1. How to pay?

To pay, all you have to do is to order on the website and you will be redirected to our payment interface.

2. Which mean of payment do you accept?

At this moment,we only accept payment by bank card.CB/VISA/MASTERCARD.

3. How do I know that my payment is ok?

As reception of your payment, you will received a confirmation by e-mail.We can eventually consult your account to see the statement of your order.If no one email have been sent in a delay of 72 hours after your order. Please contact us.

4. Can I pay cash against delivery?

No, we only accept payments by bank card.

4. Preparation and delivery

1. How do you packed the figurines?

We use a reliable system in polystirene enabling to maintain the figurine and to protect it from all schocks.It is quasi impossible that this one breaks during the transport.

2. Which mean of delivery do you use?

We dispatch our packages by DHL.The delay are variable.Between 3 days and 1 week.

3. When am I going to be delivered?

The delays are variable. The making of the figurine takes between 5 and 10 days.The checkout and the preparation of your package take between 1 and 2 days and the dispacth can takes between 3 and 7 days.It results a day range between 9 and 19 days.Please try to manage beforehand for a birthday or a special occasion.

4. Do you give us a tracking number to follow the package on internet?

Yes, as soon as the package dispatched, you will received a tracking number by email and by the interface of the website.

5. After order

1. My figurines has been dispatched and I haven't yet received my figurines,how to do?

If you have no news of your figurines in a delay of 10 days after the sending of your figurine. Please contact us and the carrier as soon as possible provided with your tracking number.

2. The figurine doesn't look like to 100% to the photo?

We don't assure the resemblance to 100%.Our artists do their utmost to make by hand a lifelike figurine to the photo.You have the responsability to provide a photo lifelike to the person.No refund is possible because the making of the figurine is an artist work and if you buy in 1Miniyou, you trust to our group who proves his serious since a long time.

3. Which are your refunds conditions?

Unfortunately we don't propose refund.If your order have not yet started, please contact us as soon as possible,a refund is possible to this step.

4. Can I have an invoice?

An invoice is provided on demand because many clients send directly the figurine as gift to the concerned persons.So we have decided to take off the invoices from the box.For an invoice, please contact our service.

5. How to keep the figurine in good condition?

To keep a good color,don't expose too much the figurine to the sunlight.

6. The figurine begin dusty how to clean it?

Use a humid rag (not too much) and clean it where there is dust.Your figurine will be like new.
